I hear you Thomas, it does get tiring telling people what's going to happen if behavior doesn't change and then watching behavior not change and seeing what was going to happen happen. Sigh. I haven't written anything since last Fall as a result....but I keep talking to people one on one and walking the talk. Solidarity.
